Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is seeking a contribution-minded Settlement Supervisor to join our Finance, Accounting and Risk organization! As a Settlement Supervisor, you will partner with teams across the company to drive cross-capability solutions and deliver value for the business. A successful candidate must embrace a contribution mindset, thrive on transformation, build strong relationships, and have good analytical, economic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.


Our Team

This role will be based in Wichita, KS, with a hybrid work environment (ability to work remote 2 days/week).


What You Will Do

  • Lead a team of Settlement Analysts with an emphasis on developing a culture of Principled Entrepreneurship through talent selection, development, and retention.
  • Manage settlement business processes.
  • Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and government reporting. Ensure an effective financial control environment.
  • Analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Treasury and provide Insights to business partners. Find opportunities to drive profitable outcomes.
  • Identify and drive process improvements/transformations.
  • Proactive leader in developing and fostering partnerships various business capabilities to strategize and find opportunities to improve KAES overall working capital.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including originating ideas, collecting data, establishing facts, performing analysis, drawing conclusions, and presenting a point of view.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury or financial accounting
  • Experience in a leadership role (developing a team, leading transformation, project leadership, etc.)


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in an agricultural industry.
  • Experience using Oracle, OneStream, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or other data visualization tools and/or other advanced technologies (machine learning, AI, etc.)
