- Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the automotive design domain ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Utilize Agile Methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness adapting processes to meet project needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management and design processes.

- Facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress address issues and ensure stakeholder alignment.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including detailed design specifications.

- Analyze project risks and opportunities implementing strategies to mitigate risks while maximizing benefits.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to automotive design.

- Foster a culture of innovation and agility within the team encouraging creative solutions to design challenges.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members enhancing their skills and professional development.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in automotive design and Agile methodologies.

- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure project resources are effectively utilized.

- Candidate must possess at least 8 years of experience in project management within the automotive industry.

- Strong expertise in Agile Methodologies is required.

- Proven track record in managing auto-detailed design projects.
