Regional Service Manager - North

• Providing remote or on site technical support for customers
• Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs
• Troubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset/prevent and inform internal partners
• Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service
• The ABB Associate Field Service Technician will supply the following services within the scope of this contract. All work done will be at the request of a designated customer associate, prior to commencing work
• Shall support Customer in planning and execution of preventive maintenance related to equipment and systems covered by this contract

• High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of professional work experience
• Experience with system Network maintenance
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with no supervision
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
