Retired Wisconsin Army National Guard Officer with over 26 years of service. She was mobilized to Fort Bragg NC in 2002-2003 as well as deployed to Iraq from 2007 to 2008. Lisa has been working with the Yellow Ribbon Program since 2010 as a Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Coordinator for the Navy Reserves Mid-West as well as a State Yellow Ribbon Coordinator for Texas. Lisa now currently works as the Employment Coordinator with WI Employer Support of Guard and Reserves, where she has been in that position since Oct of 2012.

ESGR, a Department of Defense office, is comprised of dedicated and trained volunteers and staff. We will develop and promote employer support for Guard and Reserve service by advocating relevant initiatives, recognizing outstanding support, increasing awareness of applicable laws, and resolving conflict between employers and Service members.
