Position Overview: JPMorgan Chase seeks to fill the role of Graduate Outreach Intern within the Corporate Responsibility Research & Policy team, located in its Washington, D.C., office. This individual will play a role in delivering and amplifying the research findings and policy recommendations of the JPMorgan Chase Institute and JPMorgan Chase Policy Center to advance economic opportunity and prosperity. This role partners with both the JPMC Institute and Policy Center teams and their Corporate Responsibility partners to develop and manage outreach strategies for Institute and Policy Center content and announcements; coordinate stakeholder engagement and events; and analyze the policy and research landscapes to inform strategic communications and programming. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct research and analysis on key external audiences, sourcing stakeholders for research releases based on Research & Policy core themes, as well as the current media and policy landscape. * Create memos and syntheses of the key messages and findings for research insights and reports. * Support digital outreach initiatives including email marketing efforts, setting up campaigns to target relevant stakeholder groups, and assisting with metrics tracking across digital and media platforms. * Contribute to creation of social media content and research innovative ways to promote organic content. * Enhance Research & Policy stakeholder database by tracking stakeholder engagement across previous and future events and ensure proper records of engagement. * Support virtual event-related initiatives including stakeholder gatherings, roundtables, and conferences. * Assist with production, providing User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance support for research releases. * Other responsibilities as directed. Qualifications: * Graduate-level student enrolled in a full-time graduate program; preferably pursuing a degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Communications, English, Political Science, Economics, or a related field * Passion for JPMorgan Chase Institute and Policy Center missions * Strong organizational and project management skills * Strong independent problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and collaborative decision-making skills * Excellent relationship building skills * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * High attention to detail, follows through to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness * Positive self-starter with proactive approach, excellent time management and prioritization skills * Strong experience with core Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel and Access, as well as social media campaigns and platforms a plus * Public relations experience through either previous jobs or internships a plus
